At the moment I am trying to gain weight in muscle.
At 130lb, I am eating around 2000 calories, 130g of protein and 60g of fat per day. I presume this will help me with my gains!>?
But what about losing weight?? Lets say I reach my goal, but want to rid myself of escess fat??? How would I go about doing this???
Go down to 1500calories?? reduce fat?? Please supply me with help/info

Hi cjtyson, the very best thing to do is doing a search and you'll find lots of great info about the same question.
You can start doing cardio or lower your daily calorie intake. It's all a question about balance....

Thanks Philia2, I thought as much... just wanted to make sure, so that hopefully if I ever do actually gain weight, I can assure myself of being able to lose fat... once again, thanks!

Remember.. as you build up muscle.. you'll have an easier time trimming off the fat.
