I have been working hard on my weight since November of 2002, I have lost 30 pounds but now I'm at a plateau, is this normal??? Will I hit these weightloss plateaus and level off then lose again? I will not stop the excercises I have been doing and I haven't gone back to old eating habits so I know I'll maintain the weight I've lost but I need to lose more....I did the nutritional program on here but if I ate as many calories and carbs as it says I would never lose weight....PLEASE help, I still have about 60 pounds to lose and hate being at this plateau....

You have probably reached the stage where your caloric intake and the amount of calories you burn balance out. The reason you were losing weight before was that you’d just changed your eating and exercise habits. You’re now at the level where exercise and eating meet and you’d have to train harder, or reevaluate your diet in order to start losing weight again. Or you might have started building more muscle. If this is the case you should notice a slight increase in your weight, but not in your waistline. This is because muscle weighs more than fat, so gaining muscle means gaining weight but not fat.
I would suggest looking at your exercise program; maybe add an extra five minutes to your cardio workout every session. Are you using the FreeTrainers nutritional tracker and Nutritional Plan?

Yes, this is very normal. All you have to do is switch up your program a bit. Or even take a little break. Either way, you to to trick your body. Your body has gotten used to what you do and has now adapted.

Just laugh about it....

You could also try cycling your carbohydrate intake, high on two days, then gradually lower and lower until the end of the week and then high again, it will throw your body off and break your plateau.
