Just wandering some techniques that people used to gain muscle the most efficient way. I always thought you needed to work your muscles till failure. When I do this, I'm usually sore the next day so thats a good sign that I broke down my muscle and it will repair..hence get bigger.
The key to success is to vary...... Simple as that.
Always to be able to shock and stimulate the muscle in all different kind of ways.
Now you got thousands of technics out there and they all work to a certain point.
