I recently signed up for the Professional site and my new workout calls for this exercise. This is one I am not familiar with. Can anyone help me with a description as I am due to start this soon?
It is an odd exercise.. you lie on your back and lift your arm (with dumb bell in hand) up straight from your shoulder joint. Now, keeping upper arm in place, bedn your elbow and lower the dumbbell across your face towards you opposite temple. Don't hit yourself! :)
