What is the major difference between using a barbell or dumbells for lifts such as bicep curls or any of the presses (incline, decline, flat)? Does the barbell target different muscles then the dumbells? Or is it just that you have to use more stableizing (sorry about the spelling) muscles when you use dumbells? Just kind of curious.
