I'm currently trying to reduce my body fat by about 4-5%. I'm currently at about 13% and would love to get that number down in the single didgets! My question is this; Do I need to consume fat? I currently eat around 20g a day. Is this not enough? I use a protein supplement and eat very lean meats in order to get enough protein in my diet, about 175g or so. I just want to know if I truely do need to change my diet so I get "enough" fat.

Depends....if you have lots of complex carbs in your diet, then do not add fat. If you want to add fat, this can be very beneficial, you will need to drop almost all complex type carbs from your diet. I would opt for first trying dropping the complex carbs, adding fibrous in their place, and having a carb meal twice per week. By your profile, a six pack is your main concern. And you also state you hate cardio, but this unfortuately, from one cardio hater to another, is still necessary. You don't mention what your resistance training program is, if any. This is imperative to this whole thing working. Use heavy weights, work all body parts regualarly, and do your cardio. Good luck
