This summer off school, I plan to make a huge increase in mass and strength,but also i want to cut up,im at a high bf17%, and im lookin for the almighty 6pack, could i go for a 4 wk mass phase, then a 4 wk cutting phase. I would be lifting the same but modifying my diet. Is 4weeks enough to drop like 8% bf?
Yes if you were overweight but when it's the "last" fat well then it gets a lot harder. 4 weeks of bulking is not really enough, better if you can do 8-12 weeks and then 4-6 weeks of serious cutting.
