Ok this is my last question (for today) I find all of your imput helpful, and i greatly appreciate it. Now im not fat im avg like 5'8" 165ish. Ive been working out for about 2 weeks on a program from this site, and cardio for about 1/2 hr (45 min on weekends when i have more time) ive been eating healthy (eggbeaters) bagel & Penut butter chicken for protein w/ lite soy sauce and shreaded wheat. I started eating about 6times a day at 2hr intervals. and i get hungry at about 2hrs from when i last ate, and i feel like when i eat now i eat a lot more than i used to prior to exercising and am a lot hungarier. Is that normal, am i eating more or am i imagining this? --thanks for all your help.

Now that you are exercising on a consistent basis, your body needs fuel. It sounds like you are on the right track. The great thing about living a healthy life that includes weight training and cardiovascular work, is that you get to eat more (as long as it is good, healthy food of course.) Your metabolism is becoming more efficient and metabolizes the food you eat much quicker. So, don't worry about eating more than your used to, it is quite normal, and after awhile, it will become like clockwork. You have to constantly feed your body healthy foods throughtout the day if you want to maximize everything you do in the gym. Keep up the good work and good luck.
