I'm about to start a new program that calls for various gym equipment but I will be training at home. I already have a Smith machine, Pec dec and also a full range of free weights. I would like alternatives to the following exercises - if anyone has any suggestions: T-Bar rows Calf Raises on Leg Press machine Two hand cable curls
OK t-bar instead do either dumbbell rows or my favorite bent over barbell rows. If you have a smith machine load some plates on it at squat level and place a 2x4 of something similar there and do calf raises that way. The curls is easy...do barbell curls, dumbbell curls instead. The exercie tabs here have most if not all of these to show you how.
