Not weightlifting for too long I did my first bicep exercise yesterday, but today instead of my biceps being sore my triceps are sore as heck. Whats the deal?

Your form was incorrect, by this I mean you were probably using your shoulders in the movement. Form is really important, try it next time in front of the mirror.

What biceps exercises did you do? Maybe will turn out to be a good tricep workout for others! LOL...really though, what ones did you do? Maybe we can correct your form for you.

Boy, it is tough to go wrong on lower cable curls. There must be something else...

Try to keep your elbows in place, close to your body. Do not use your back and schoulders when lifting the weight. If you can't do it by just using your biceps, drop some weight. Form is more important than weight I think.
