When should someone do their cardio exercise. Before, After workout or One day lift weights and the next do cardio and the next work out again? Thanx for your help!

Depends on your goals....by your profile, it seems you are interested in losing fat. If this is the case, then immediately post training(weights) is a good time due to your body should be glycogen depleted, or close to it, so your body is forced to produce its own glycoge, by feeding on fatty acid stores. On off days from weights, first thing in the morning is good for the same reason. Try to do it on an empty stomach as much as possible. Go intense, 20-30 minute sessions of a HIIT type will create your best calorie deficit over 24 hrs. If you have a full stomach or eat first, your body will have plenty of fuel to use from the food you just ate, and will not burn fat, but use available glycogen stores. hope this helps...
