I'll like to take freetrainers cause of your workout i got 2nd place in the jv zone wrestling tournament. I was in terrible shape until one day i came across ur workouts. I followed it step by step i lost 10 lbs. im in the 189 weight class and all the people i wrestled were weaker than me except the guy i lost too but he was a junior(he also had more experience).ohh and it was my first year of wrestling. so i thank u guys i wish i could send u a before and after picture.
