hi! i'm 5'3 and weight 100lbs..i have a pretty nice body but have a flabby stomach...my friend told me that in order to get rid of it, i need to go on a diet..i really don't wana loose anymore lbs but wana loose the belly and i heard that you can't "SPOT TRAIN", so, if i run like 30-45 min(4-5 times a weeek) and do abs exercises, will it tighten my stomach?? PLEASE HELP....THANKS for ur time! :-)
You are right - you cannot spot train. Cardio and exercise will help you, but remember that diet is also the key. Keep eating healthy and with your running and exercises you should see results. Please fill in your profile and we can help you more. Good luck
