I would definitely say that would help you lose weight. Cardio is wonderful for weight loss. Just keep in mind that your diet should also be moderated.

Hope this helps
Good luck

yeh, I'm with i-am-azon on this. But in my opinion if you are fattish like me or more then hydroxy and such is a waste of money. i feel this type of thing is for pro's and amateurs looking to get ripped with low body fat already... for fatties like me, the first things is food intake, what it is by calorie, protein, carbs etc... and a must do cardio 3 times a week for 45 mins each minimum... pills and potions are worth it once you know your normal regime of habits is working for you... i like, kelp(for iodine), a multi vit always, lecithin,, call me old fashioned but i feel these simple supplements do aid a working regime.
weight loss doesn't come in a bottle..
2 hours a day cycling sounds excessive, gently does it and only expect to lose a pound a week- Rome wasn't built in a day.

Bishop, your profile states that your focus is more or less for upper body definition? The good news is that the upper body is the first place that shows signs of weight loss.
If you're looking to define the upper body + drop bodyfat.
I'd advise you to do cardio to 5x per week, 45 minute sessions (or mix in HIIT sessions which are 20 minutes and there's a section on this site explaining the routine of HIIT.) Along with 3 days of weight training. This site can outline a more detailed program for you when it comes to the weight training portion.

Best of luck! :)

The cardio will work like the others have stated, but that is only a third of the key to success. You would need to add in good weight training to help speed up your metabolic rate and really eat clean.
You will see awsome results.
