I would suggest you start a lean/mass type program. You need to build muscle in the rest of your body, while at the same time burn fat. YOu may find that your quickest way to do this would be through a circuit typw workout, where you are doing both aerobic and anerobic exercises. A circuit is simply going from one bodypart exercise to another bodypart without rest, rather than stay on one part till done. For example, chest press, 1 set of 10, move right to inclines, 1x10, move right to shoulder press, 1x10, etc. After completing one full circuit, rest a couple minutes and do it again. 3 times should be good. This way you can be building some lean mass in the rest of your body, at the expense of bodyfat. You can follow with cardio if you like. Most importantly, your diet needs to be good, emphasis on lean high protein, no sugary or starchy carbs, no junk of any kind. A little healthy fats, maybe one tbsp. of flax oil. This should put you on your way. Just one suggestion.
