..arm workout day. I usually do 2 excersises for biceps and 2 for triceps. I also vary the exercise.(barbell/dumbell/preacher curls with B-bell,concentration curls/ D-bell/cable curls, cable triceps and machines sometimes). I am also lifting the maximum of what I could lift. Should I be concerned that my biceps and triceps are not sore anymore? Also I haven't made significant improvement in the weights(in terms of pounds)I could lift. I don't care about that for I have got definition. Any suggestions?thanks

Osho what are your goals? (please fill in your profile) How many times weekly do you work out each muscle group?
I still get sore after a work out. Your work out needs to be intense and you have to vary often.

As far as I know, if the muscle group you worked on doesn't hurt, then there is no new muscle growing. Try doing fewer reps, more slowly. Or a different 'lift' for the same muscle. That way, you force your muscles to adapt and grow.

i used to be like that, i added kickbacks to my tricep regimen and heavy concentration curls for biceps and it's helped a lot
