Im curious to know everyone's Restign heart rate. My Heart rate is constantly over 85 to about 90 (for as long as i remember). I just finished Drill sergeant school and relaized this isnt a good resting heart rate. im in great shape but im wondering what can i do to lower it. I also have a high metabolism.

My heart is around 60 when resting but as soon as I do the smallest movement it goes waaay up.
It has always been like that. My heart rate gets very easily very high but it recovers very fast as well...... lol like a yoyo!!

The only way you can work on lowering the heart rate is keep doing sport -weight training, HIIT and yoga sessions!!

My resting heart is about 49 bpm, measured on an ECG. like philia2 said, HIIT, and weight training are the most effective ways at lowering your RHR.
