can anyone tell how to ensure that i DON'T lose weight when training 'cos i am only ten stone as it is and i don't want to go any further down, and, how can i gain weight?

Have you looked at all the supplements that are currently available?

Eat like a madman and there's not much of a chance you'll lose weight. The only thing you really NEED to supplement your diet with is more food (and a good multivitamin).
