I want to develop my abs because it is already developing some fats. I'm only 23 yrs old, 5'8", 123 lbs and my waistline is 28 inches! I'm kinda afraid to do extensive cardio becasue I'm also trying to gain weight and if I do so, I'm afraid I will also loose the little muscle I have. Can somebody please tell me what to do?
have you filled out the excersise program portion? and requested the special 12 week ab program? at your height and weight i would think that developing your abs might be fairly easy for you. follow their ab program and see what happens! good luck.
