hi folks! ive been doing my ab workouts for awhile, and i feel like im getting no results...i dont sweat as much as i do when i lift and work my other muscles, actually i barely sweat i feel like my ab workouts are useless, does anyone know any good ab workouts that really make you feel like your ripping your abs? thanks
An ab workout does not have to make you sweat to be effective. Mine for example lasts all of 10 minutes or so. It is the type of exercises, intensity into them(which by the way only needs to be 2 or 3 tops), and then the diet. Diet will make that work show.
