need a little help, im having trouble finding a good back excercise any suggestion... thanks

A really good one? Pull or chin ups is the very one but also one of the hardest.......
Take a look under FT exercices and you'll find other great ones.

There's one where you lean on this support thingy with your feet tucked under some bars so that your upper body can bend all the way down and back up again. Its a fantastic lower back workout..you can really fel it working.

Hey Kalancho, its called a back hyper extension - and its described in the back exercises.
You can make it tougher by holding a weight to your chest.

How do you want to exercise your back, C? There are all manner of rows, pulldowns,
pullups that hit your back.
