Ok I have been lifting for a while now, and I think that I am about as big as I want to get. I know I know you can never be big enough right:-) Anyway, the only problem is that my muscles really are not defined at all. I want to get defined, but I don't want to lose any of muscle weight that I gained. Should I use the weight loss and toning workout, or will that get rid of all the muscle that I have built? This might seem like a dumb question, but I have worked really hard to get where I am and I don't want to lose it all.
Thanks in advance,
Zach

Defining is like losing weight, its mostly in your diet, so use the fat loss diets, and add cardio to your workout.

Proper diet is your answer. Train hard and heavy, do not lower the weights. This is an invitation to muscle loss. Correct diet with some cardio work will get you what you want. It is not an overnight thing, and especially to lose just fat and not muscle. Increase the protein, cut all simple carbs and saturated fats, add fibrous carbs in their place. Do not go on too low of a carb diet, this will lower your metabolism to a point where it will be harder to lose fat. Good luck to you. It is an art, at first it is relatively easy if you have plenty of fat to give up, but when you start getting leaner, it gets tougher.
