Ihave alot of questions. First which (if any) is better to gain lean muscle mass creatine or no2 or a combo of two? Also in nutrition, what should i eat i have somewhat of a nutrition plan that I learned from Ironman but, I need the "real deal". like how many carbs should my intake be, should i eat alot of protein? Another one is what exercise routines are good for muscle volumizing in the chest, arms, and back? As you can see im lost so ill stop for right now and ask again tomorrow. However my wife has questions....ok shes taking hydroxicut and shes on a fruit and salad diet, and also taking a multi(vitamin) each day. Should she go for a more carbs and less protein diet or more protein less carbs diet? THANKS EVERYONE FOR A RESPONSE.

First off you don't want to supplement if you don't have to, unless you reached a plateau. You would require at least 200 grams of protien, 200 grams of good carbs and about 60 grams of good fats. This would bring you 3140 calories. Might be hard to reach with just good clean food so I would throw in a couple of meal replacements during the day.
For your wife if she starts to eat real food again that would be a great help. She should aim for 170 grams of protien , about 150 grams of carbs and about 40 grams of good fats. 2480 calories per day. Forget the pills and the salads. Good clean food for both of you, 4-5 small meals a day, and I am assuming that you are both working out in a gym on the base or something. Hope this helps. If you need more help email me anytime.
