Shyla: I don't know if it's available in your area, but I strongly suggest Weight Watchers. I've been on their program since May 2002 and have been amazed by how easily I "got it": increased activity plus education about what you put in your mouth. It's most enlightening. I've seen people at my meetings who have lost over 100 pounds in a slow, sensible, healthy way...no pills, shots, potions. Just common sense that leads to control over your health.

You'll get there. Just the fact that you've sought advice from this site is a great positive step. Now go knock em dead!
