It's normal, we all have a side stronger than the other. Start working with dumbbells and don't do more sets or reps with your right than with your left arm, and slowly it'll get as strong...

I had that problem until, like Nina said, I started using dumbells, doing extra reps on my left side. I've only been at it about a month, but I'm already starting to see differences. Katie;) xx
