Whats the best and most accurate way to meassure Body Fat??? I'm kind interested to kno what % I am. I have Veins popping out of me everywhere (kind discussting) but I'll deal with it. I was told there are "New" digital scales on the market but have been proven not to be very accurate....of by like 5-7%. Any Ideas??

I've heard calipers are the best way. They do have small hand held electronic ones on the market (which I have), but I have also heard those can be off.

I use the Tanita electronic scale, may not be accurate but it is a reference. The only truth is your clothing.

We use a Tanita as well, but you can do some searches on here to find out more about this topic. Good luck!
