Can someone help me with a wicked ab workout that u think would work,,,,or what can i do for my workouts

Try the 12 week ab workout here on this site, I have been doing it for three weeks and it is starting to show! Also get up with bbfit1, he has some great advise, he is a pro!

Killer abs are totally dependent on your diet Mikey...all the ab work in the world will not make them show without the right diet. You just about have to be satisfied with all other muscle size, because once you really start to work on the abs, the diet is such that you will not gain any muscle size due to the reduced intake of calories.
