I'm using creatine for a couple of months already but I didn't go through the loading stuff. Is it ok to do it now? What benefits do I get from it if I do so?

I would not do it now as your muscles should be fully saturated, therefore no benifit.

I believe if you haven't loaded, it will do you no harm to load now. YOu can do nothing but saturate your muscles with it. NO harm done.

Your muscles already store a certain amount of creatine. This amount varies, mostly depending on how much meat you eat. Your muscles can only store a certain amount of creatine (though I'm not sure what the exact amount is). The idea of taking creatine supplements is to up your creatine stores to max levels. That is what the loading phase does. That is why taking more than the recommended dose does you no good. Although loading is not necessary, it leads to saturation more quickly. The same effect can be a achieved by taking regular doses for around 30 days. Chances are, if you've been supplementing for more than a month consistently, your stores are already topped off.
