what exercises or foods can i do/eat to gain weight and also build my arm muscle mass? i only weigh 140lbs and have a high metabollic rate

you should look at the diet they have here they have all kind of workout that can help u..do the research it will be benificial!

Well first of all what exercises do you do, and what is your diet like. If you have a fast metabloism then you need to add like 1000 cals to what you eat now if you are not gaining. bbfit1 would be a great help to enlist in diet...
