I`ve used GNC protein before and I didn`t like the taste. Also, I didn`t notice any effects after.
The best proteins that I`ve used were EAS.
but never tried # 4 - 6 .

Okay, I'll settle this once and for all. The stuff you get at GNC is probably fundamentally no different than other brands. However, you can only get the GNC stuff AT GNC, which means you'll be paying 50% - 100% more than you would getting the stuff online. Let's examine some of them:
GNC whey - the yield on this stuff is lower than I'd like to see in my whey supplements. It contains only 21g of protein per 31g scoop, making the yield = 68%. This means that their whey filtration processes don't filter out as much or that they add extra filler. There are plenty of regular whey concentrate powders out there that yield 75% or better.
GNC creatine - I'm honestly unsure as to the source, but if it's not German creatine, don't get it. Make sure you don't listen to the sales reps, either. Stick with the plain monohydrate powder, none of the other forms have been proven to work.
GNC glutamine - glutamine is glutamine, but again, you're going to be paying a sick amount more for this than you would online for another brand.
Myoplex - not a favorite of mine, but there are tons of folks on this board that love it. I, personally, don't like the unnecessary inclusion of trans fatty acids and corn syrup solids that do nothing for the nutritional value. It's made less healthy so it will taste better and most consumers don't know to look for these things.

Okay, well I haven't tried all of the products on the list, but I have tried GNC whey and the myoplex. I think that they are both good. I think GNC was a lot cheaper than myoplex, however myoplex taste a lot better to me. It all depends on YOUR tastes and your RESULTS. Everyone has different reactions. For instance, I lost a lot of weight with hydroxycut, but it didn't work for my husband. He lost weight with xenadrine, and it didn't do anything for me. So what I am trying to say is that you have to experiment it for yourself.
