If you drink close to a gallon of water during your workout, sure. Most people actually lose a small amount of weight due to sweating. Its a very small amount though.

i unno cause after i worked out i seemed to have gained weight.
when is the best time to step on a scale? before u eat/after you eat/ or when u dont eat lol

I'm always the same or a pound heavier after a workout from drinking water. Weigh yourself 1st thing in the morning, but don't make it a habit. Scales are scarey and really don't measure bf%.

Weigh yourself periodically throughout the day, everyday for a week. At the end, take the average and track your weight weekly. All sorts of idiosyncracies can account for 3-4 lb jumps and dips throughout the day. Ignore the day to day stuff and think long term.
