my question is, does this look like a good plan or will i not see gains. I'm 5'8 150lbs and wish to get up to 180 lbs or a little less. I want to add both mass but mostly lean muscule mass. my main gaol is just to get stonger right now, i don't as much about shapping yet. I'm 21 and very active.
question 2. how often should i do cardio. I hear everyday is bad, take away from gains but then i hear it is not bad. what do you all think.
oh yeah one more thing. Will eating fast food kill my gains. I'm like any other student who is on the go nonstop...sometimes i have to eat fast food....chicken from wendy's or something. I don't eat it every day but what about 2 times a week? What do you all think
Well the workout sounds good, most do chest on day one but I really see no reason why. As to the diet the "cleaner" the faster the results will seem to appear. As long as you try to eat clean there, and most offer some good meals you should be ok.
