One major thing for all to think about, no matter what workout you see, how cool it sounds, how fancy it is, your nutrition is going to determine your amount of results. Hard work with inadequate nutrition equals no gains...

Right on with the nutrition. When I first started training I was seeing some results. Later on after tweaking and playing with the nutrition part of it, Wow I remember seeing my stomach losing the roundness and having the flat spot and then getting flatter. ALL thanks to nutrition and burning it up!
