Hey guys, do we really need to go to the loading phase when taking creatine, you know the 4 times a day of 5g for the whole week and do a maintenance of 5g after that. Coz i dont think its necessary because the 20g creatine wont be consume entirely by the body, some even say around 2-3g per day is enough.
