I've been reading the forum for a week now and this is my first post. Often when I go at the gym there are many people training and the machines I want aren't always available, so I jump to another machine instead and come back to that one later. Is it alright to jump an exercise and do it later in the workout, or should I follow the order of my programme? I don't think it's a problem if I'm staying on the same muscle, but what if I change muscle? exemple, chess, bicep then chess again.
