I've played volleyball my entire life, all the way through most of college. Now I'm stuck with these gigantic quads and don't really want them anymore. Basically I want to change my muscle structure so I can wear normal people clothing. Any suggestions?

You could just not exercise them, and in time they'll shrink as you don't need that much muscle for your every day activities

Or why not just build gigantic arms and shoulders as well and you'll be one good looking giant?!!

Who cares about clothes anyway? (o;

well i'm sure you have fat to get rid of (we all do) concentrate on losing as much fat as you can and you will reduce their size and gain some nice definition like Philia2 :P. i have been asked this question before by clients who want reduced muscle size (atrophy) and i tell them to lose all available body fat eat less but more often. i'd blame your quads on genetics rathen than sport, if it was then they would reduce in size shortly after quitting your sport. good luck, this is harder than gaining size!
