Must doing something wrong :( Things are feeling tighter instead of looser...... I have been eating more grains ie multigrain breads vs whole wheat.....cut done on my sugar or treat intake....Makes no sense.....Someone please shed some light. Thanks,

If you are doing resistance training, and have added more protein to your diet, besides the good things you did listed above, chances are you may have gained some muscle. Stay with the program. This is not bad, it will assist you in your fat burning process.

This can be a very frustrating undertaking, this exercise/diet thing. Your body reacts differently to different stimulus. It may sometimes seem you are gaining instead of losing at first, and this may in fact be true due to increase in muscle mass at a faster rate than fat loss. But, stay with it, because this same muscle mass will eventually be your best friend in the fat loss wars.

I agree with what's been said - don't worry if you gain a little weight or even a little size at first. Also you said you'd switched to multigrain from whole wheat - having more variety is great but most multigrain breads just use the multiple grains for flavor and texture over a plain white bread base - so the whole wheat bread, if it says 100% whole wheat, may be a better choice.
