how many whole eggs do you think it is safe to consume in a given day. i'm currently bulking and eating around 4-5 whole eggs a day. i used to get just egg whites but the only have 3 grams of protein while the whole egg has over 6 grams of the best protein so i started eating whole eggs. are 4-5 whole eggs a day too much? i usually have only 1 egg a meal, on the side, i don't gulp them down at one time

When I am on a gaining cycle, I would eat 2 whole eggs and 3-4 eggwhites in the morning, and the same in the evening.

hey everyone. i just came back from the grocery store and bought myself some omega-3 eggs. they're supposedly fed flax seeds and only have 1.2 grams of saturated fat per egg, as oppose to the normal egg. it even says it's a good source of omega-3 fat, can i eat as much of these as i want (as long as i don't go over my fat intake)

Yes, they are exceptional eggs. I used to buy them all the time when I lived near a store that sold them. They do have a little different taste, and a bit more expensive.

Our local Schnucks stopped carrying them. I eat the organic ones instead now . . .
