struggling forearms

Hello guys.I was wondering if you know of any good exercises and/or techniques i could use to gain mass on my puny forearms.thanks for the help.

You might want to try some wrist curls. There are different techniques, as in standing or sitting, or behind the back or using a bench. You can use dumbells for these or barbells.
There might also be a wrist curl machine at the gym.

Forearms are not a very large muscle, therefore you will never build huge muscle there if you are not "blessed" with it already. You can shape and size somewhat what you have, I like the standing variety of wrist curls. Works well for me. Stand with your arms by your sides, with the dumbbells of your choice in each hand, and roll them down to your fingertips. Now, curl them up using just your hands and wrists, keeping your arms like hooks alongside your body. Do not lift with them in any way. Do sets of 10 of these, progressively increasing the weight. You can also take a barbell and seated on the edge of a bench, place wrists(back side) on your knees, and curl the barbell with your wrists only. The same works for behind the back standing with a barbell. Good luck, hope you have popeye forearms soon.
