I have unwanted fat that I really want to get rid of. I know that weight training will help build muscle and that will help burn more fat, so I'm doing that 3 times a week. But how much cardio should I add to help burn that extra fat away?
Well it all comes down to your total daily calorie needs and how much you'll be burning. If you stay strict on your diet then 3 times 30 mins of cardio a week is enough.
