Ok i just recieved the regiment. My question is should i do all 4 sets of one excersize then move to the next or do one of one set then one from the other? Some of the days have 4 sets of reps. Do i do one, then rest then start the next rep? Or do i switch exercises?
Well you ask the same question twice and the answer is to do what you feel is the best!! (o;
It's true, when starting weight training the most important thing is to DO the exercise correctly and that's all.
Now for fat loss you can speed up your work out by working in superset (switching exercises all the time without stop) but for hard muscle gain you'll need the rest in between each set and then it'll probably be better to finish all sets of one exercise.
