Caridio first then weights or viseversa?

To get the most of my exerciese program, what would be recommended. Do first do my 30 mins. of jumproping then lift weights or first lift weights then do jumproping. I really don't enjoy walking or jogging thats why i prefer to get my cardio thru jumproping. I work out 6 days a week. Thanks for any feedback.

Please fill in your profile so we know what your goals are and even if you are male or female. If you are trying to gain size and mass, by all means do your weight training first when you are at your strongest. Cardio first will rob you of needed glycogen for your lifts. A short 5 minute light warmup to get some blood flowing may not hurt, but I prefer to warm up with the weights. Welcome to FT....
