I exercise at 5 am every morning. Just wondering if a cup of milk is sufficient before workout?
Also, is it bad to workout everyday without a rest day in between?
Thanks!

h2o would be a better choice. If you have the time-you can work-out all you want. Just dpends on what you want to acheive and what kind of exersizes you do to get there?

if you're weight training every day you will overtrain, so yeah, it's bad

h20 in a protien shake will do you good.

I am doing machines everyday but alternating upper and lower body plus cardio (treadmill) 30 minutes everyday!

Your total work out daily only lasts 30 mins?
What are your goals?

Sorry that I did not make myself clear..
Here's an example of my workout schedule:
Mon Upper Body Machines + Abs exercises + 30 minutes cardio Tues Lower Body Machines + Abs Exercises + 30 minutes cardio Wed Upper Body Machines + abs exercises + 30 minutes cardio Thur Lower Body Machines + Abs Exercises + 30 minutes cardio
I work on my abs and cardio everyday
and so on 7 days a week....is that too much of a workout?
