I have been a very active person during school working out 5 days a week doing 45 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of weight lifting 3 days a week. I have now begun rotaions for medical school and no longer have the time or the workout resources to continue this regimen. I am on my feet all day long walking around seeing patients, but don't have much time to acutally workout. What type of workout regimen do I need to maintain with my current daily activity in order to maintain my weight and fitness level without making major changes in my diet?
Hey when I am at the hospital doing my paramedic clinicals I can always find time to run the stairs in the hospital. I run the 8 flights of stairs a few times before going back to my patients. You should try it...it is a good cardio workout, and the stairs help with the muscles in the legs
It's all a question about diet....... You need to tell us more about yourself and then you have to find your total daily calorie need so you can eat what your body needs to maintain your weight and muscles....
