It's hard to give an exact answer to your question not knowing your weight. I am not familiar with the term 8 stone.
Your protien intake should be about 1-2 grams per lb of body weight, carbs should be around 3/4 to 1 gram per lb of bodyweight, and your fat intake should not exceed more than 30% of your total caloric intake. If you are trying to lose fat, I would reduce that to about 20%.
ope this helps.

I've seen very successful diets using much higher fat ratios (http://www.testosterone.net/nation_articles/243tdawg2.html). Those diets, however, require a great deal of discipline as that must be almost entirely good fat. And that's quite tough to do.

I have had good results using a 50, 40, 10 ratio protein, carb, fat. Doing cardio will help along with the weights (just not the same time)you will be where you want to be in no time. good luck

Healthy is not the optimal word to use for this diet you propose. Your diet depends on your goals. To get to 8 stone(whatever that is), it sounds like you are wanting to get leaner. In this case, your diet ratio you give is not bad,and will work, provided your protein is lean proteins, your carbs are fibrous in nature, very little if any starchy and no sugary carbs, and your fats are healthy ones like flax oils or fish oils. Do cardio after your weight training, 5 times per week or so, 20-30 min. or more, and you should reach your goal. When you hit a sticking point, up your cardio some. Create a calorie deficit. Keep your protein high.

There are 14pounds in a stone, so 8 stone is 112lb or about 51kg. It is normal for us British people to discuss their weight in terms of been x-stone y-pounds, rather than just in pounds or kilograms but it is not used for much else.
