Hey guys...i wanted to show u like what i eat and workout and i wanted to know if its ok....730 yougurt fruit,930fruit 1230 tuna fish,330 chicken breast 730 protein drink,900 milk, my work out was 5-715....i want to know if i need to add any foods or reduce foods..alwyas now since im on a diet i get hungry pain should i eat or ignore them,please give me some good advice..or if anyone has a good plan let me know....

I am no dietitian but you need greens Mikey. Do you drink water ? IF not that' important. I know allot of guys that say it's in the milk (they hate water) but you need to drink it if you aren't already.

I would say you are not consuming near enough calories to sustain your lean tissue now, let alone gain any. Where are your carbs? Are you trying to diet, or gain mass? You won't gain an oun\ce with this diet.
