Hey guys mikey again.....i wanted to know if its true to have cheat days to stay fit..like once a week, also i want to know if someone can talk to me about abs..im really interested on more info....o 1 more....is cardio 3 times a week good for abs or do i have to turn it up to 5 days a week???

I have a cheat day, and for a while ive been abusing it! but i decided now it probly wasnt helping me out, so i decided to have my cheat day in moderation. Have little things then and there that i have been craving.
Today i was craving an oatmeal cookie and bought one. cheated just a bit.

Use a cheat day as a reward to yourself...Say, if you go X amount of days or even weeks, depending on what goals you have and how soon you want to reach them, set up a day as a reward. This does not mean double quater pounders with chesse all day, but a treat that you really like, like ice cream, cheesecake, savor it, and then get back on the diet.
