I've always been active in a lot of sports but now I am attending university and the time for them is less and less. I currently go to the gym 4 days a week but I've heard conflicting arguments about being able to lose fat and gain muscle mass at the same time. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of WHEN and IF I should combine those two to reach my goals. Thanks a lot. Matt
Yes fill in your profile so we'll know more about you. Secondly 3 times of 20-30 mins of cardio a week will not damage your muscle gain....... Actually it depends on your bodytype and diet.
