Hey i wanted to know , i can only workout aafterwork....should i take creatine before work out or after or protein before or after workout...also when does glutmine come in to play...1 more thing cardio is best after workout or before? thanks you
As a general rule of thumb, or should i say muscle,you should always take some type of protein after your workout ot feed your muscles. On the creatine, I guess it really depends on what your fitness goals are. A little more information might be helpful for others to give advice.
