I want to know if its ok to just do cardio 45minutes at like 530am to 615 thne work7-4 then my workour at 5-whenever...so im saying can i do cardio morning and weighlifting after work

Look, mikey.... As per your other posts, and your emails. There is no magic formula that is going to give you a huge chest, 20" arms, and a killer six pack in 3 months. You are just beginning, the point here is just to work out. At your stage, you will make impressive gains. After you work out steady for around 3 months, you will be in the intermediate stage, then maybe timing of things and specific exercises can get more critical. Don't worry too much right now about timing, things like that. As I told you in your email, just concentrate on good compound exercises, do your workout, weights and cardio, whenever you can, but just at this point get them in. This is the most critical aspect.
